Mara Serio, born and raised in Switzerland by Southern Italian parents. Co-founder of the fashion accessory brand “SYL by Sal Y Limon”, Mara, reached a great high in her career designing fashion accessories in Dubai, one of the leading fashion capitals of the world.

 

The Brand MARALAYA in synonymous with the meaning "The Value of Life” and was founded in 2016. It’s inception was based on a true story of her daughter Alaya May, who struggled in school with a reading disorder. Because of this, Alaya became an incredibly determined and strong young girl who fought to overcome her disability.

 

Built on the concept that women can be both strong and beautiful, MARALAYA has grown into one of the most recognizable brands in the fashion accessories sector.
